Order Processing Time
We carefully prepare and package your orders within 3-5 business days from the date your order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via trusted carriers to ensure your items arrive safely. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Local Pickup
Prefer to skip shipping? We offer local pickup at our Painted Tree Roswell location. Simply select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at customersupport@laurelinbloom.com right away. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Laurel in Bloom is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
