When will my order ship?
We process and ship orders within 3-5 business days from the date you place your order. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
What shipping options do you offer?
We ship via trusted carriers to ensure your items arrive safely. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location and are calculated at checkout.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. Laurel in Bloom is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error right after placing your order, email us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available at no charge at our Painted Tree Roswell location. Simply enter the code PTROSWELLPICKUP at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
In the interest of hygiene and for the personal protection of our customers, we cannot accept returns of pierced earrings.
Returns for other types of new, unused merchandise may be made within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
The customer is responsible for any costs associated with return shipping.

Do you offer refunds?
A store credit or a refund to the original payment method will be issued after returned merchandise has been received by Laurel in Bloom in good condition.
Are you open on holidays?
We’re closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Otherwise, we’re open daily to serve you!
