Returns
We want you to love your purchase. For this reason, we include as much information as possible about each style that we offer so that our customers can make informed decisions before ordering.
However, in the interest of hygiene, and for the personal protection of our customers, we cannot accept returns of pierced earrings. If you have any questions whatsoever about a style, please email us at customersupport@laurelinbloom.com prior to ordering, and we will answer your questions to the best of our ability.
Returns for other pieces of new, unused merchandise may be made within 7 days of confirmed delivery. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. Please email customersupport@laurelinbloom.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Refunds & Store Credit
A store credit or a refund to the original payment method will be issued after the merchandise has been received by Laurel in Bloom.
